When the call usually comes in

Three reasons the brief lands on our desk.

  1. Reason 01

You sold a website and need to staff the design.

Your client signed the package. The senior designer you wanted to hire wants $180k loaded. We're the bench you bring in instead, signed by your team, shipped under your lockup. Bundle design with development and you land below the unbundled total.

  2. Reason 02

Your in-house designer is the bottleneck.

Strategy is sharp, copy is approved, but design is shipping every six weeks because your designer is also doing the deck, the social cuts, and the client newsletter. We pick up brand and web work in parallel, on your tone of voice, with your brand assets locked.

  3. Reason 03

    You're a founder who wants studio-grade brand without a $350k minimum.

A brand-name studio (Athletics, COLLINS, Pentagram register) starts at $150k and bottoms out around $350k for a brand plus site. We run the same senior work at roughly a tenth of that, with full IP transfer and the source files in your Figma the day you sign off.

The honest comparison

When white-label design outsourcing is the right answer. And when it isn't.

Charter · risk on us
Articles I to IV

Four standing terms.
In writing.

The reasons most design retainers feel like a gamble are also the reasons we put these four articles in the room before anything is signed.

  1. I

    You own every file, always

Native Figma source, every font license in your name, every variant exported in every format. We're added as an editor, never as the owner. Thirty-day handover if you leave, with documentation.

  2. II

Mutual NDA and IP transfer on call one

Signed before we open Figma. Every artifact we ship transfers IP to you in the MSA, not in a clause we figure out later.

  3. III

    Same senior every week

Named day one, signs every artifact, runs every review. The senior designer is the senior designer. No junior bait-and-switch after the pitch deck.

  4. IV

    Month-to-month, always

No annual lock-in, no termination clause, no minimum spend on us. Stay because the system is shipping.

Seal of the charter

You can leave after the first sprint. We'd rather you stay because the system is shipping.

Design questions

What people ask before handing over the brief.

Plain answers about source files, IP transfer, what your developer sees, and how a white-label design program actually runs.

  • We offer UI/UX design, custom website design, landing page design, mobile app design, e-commerce design, brand identity design, design system creation, wireframing, prototyping, and graphic design. All delivered under your agency's brand.

  • Our team works primarily in Figma for UI/UX and web design, with support for Adobe Creative Suite. We deliver organized, component-based design files with proper handoff documentation for developers.

  • Yes. For UI/UX engagements, we can include user research, competitive analysis, user journey mapping, and usability testing. The depth of research scales with the project scope and budget.

  • Standard engagements include 2-3 rounds of revisions per design phase. We find that clear creative briefs and regular check-ins keep projects on track so revisions are refinements rather than overhauls.

  • Absolutely. We work within any existing brand system: colors, typography, imagery style, and tone. If brand guidelines exist, we follow them precisely. If they don't, we can create them as part of the engagement.

  • Every design we produce is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile. We design mobile-first when appropriate and ensure a consistent, polished experience across all breakpoints.

What happens after you send

Three steps. Four business days.

You send the brief. The audit lands four business days later. Here is exactly what runs in between.

  1. 01Within 24 hours

    A senior replies

Not a coordinator, not an SDR. The senior designer who would run your account replies from a real email, confirms scope, and sends the mutual NDA with IP-transfer language.

  2. 02Days 2 to 3

    We run the design audit

After the NDA is signed and Figma access is shared, we audit the brand and the site. Contrast, type scale, components, motion, font licensing, accessibility. No call required to start.

  3. 03Day 04

    Plan and price land

You get the audit document, a sprint plan, the named senior designer, and a transparent price. Start when ready, or walk away clean.

No follow-up sequence. No drip campaign. If the audit doesn't land in four business days, we eat the next month.
