  1. Capacity

Q3 2026 partner intake is open. Six engagement slots, applications close June 30.

Six slots have opened for new agency partnerships starting in July 2026. Two SEO seats, two paid-media seats, one design seat, one full-discipline seat. Partner agencies based anywhere in North America, EMEA, or APAC are welcome. We hold engagement applications open until June 30 or until slots are filled, whichever comes first. Standard onboarding remains 10 business days from signed NDA to first shipped deliverable.

  2. Milestone

First senior buyer on our paid-media bench crosses $100K in monthly managed spend on a single account.

A senior buyer on our paid-media practice has crossed $100K in monthly managed ad spend on a single partner-agency account, with 4.6× blended ROAS in the trailing quarter. The threshold matters operationally because it triggers our enterprise-tier reporting cadence (weekly written narrative, monthly creative production review, quarterly attribution audit). The buyer's account load has been capped at 22 to preserve the senior bench standard.

  3. Practice update

Google's April 2026 AI Overviews expansion: how we're adapting SEO delivery for partner agencies.

Google's April 2026 update extended AI Overviews to additional commercial query types and tightened the citation signals it rewards. We've updated our SEO playbook accordingly: original-data assets are now default on every retainer above $3K wholesale, content briefs require first-person operator quotes, and schema markup work has moved from quarterly to monthly cadence. Partner-facing memo with the full change list has been sent to every active SEO retainer.

  4. Standards

Operating Charter, revision 4, published. Article V tightened on quality-vs-speed defaults.

Revision 4 of the six-article Operating Charter that governs every Grovant engagement has been published. The largest change is in Article V: we will now slip a delivery date by up to 48 hours without re-negotiation rather than ship work that fails our two-pass internal review. Article III (operational confidentiality) added explicit language about social-media discretion. Full Charter is on the About page.

  5. Capability

TikTok Ads capability added to the paid-media bench through a specialist partnership.

We've partnered with a TikTok-specialist team led by a senior buyer with 7 years of platform experience to add TikTok Ads to our paid-media practice. The partnership operates white-label under Grovant. Partner agencies with active TikTok needs can now route Spark Ads, TopView, and creator-collab campaigns through their existing Grovant engagement without onboarding a separate vendor.

  6. Milestone

50 active agency partners. Average tenure 19 months. Zero disclosure incidents across 47 mutual NDAs.

We've crossed 50 active retained agency partnerships, a number that took us seven years to reach because we have always been picky about who we work with. Average partnership length is now 19 months. Across 47 mutual NDAs signed in 2025, we recorded zero disclosure incidents (defined as: any client-identifying information published, named, or referenced by any Grovant staff or contractor without written partner consent).

  7. Infrastructure

EU data residency option live for partner agencies on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure.

Partner agencies whose clients require EU-only storage for creative assets, reporting artifacts, and audit logs can now opt into our EU-region storage configuration on Cloudflare R2. The change adds no cost to existing engagements and is opt-in per partnership. Account access boundaries and retention policies remain unchanged.

  8. Practice update

Performance Max account-rebuild sprint shipped to every active paid-media partner.

Following Google's PMax updates earlier in the year, we ran a structural rebuild sprint across every active Performance Max account on our paid-media practice. Brand-traffic exclusions, asset-group consolidation, and search-theme cleanup were applied per account with a written rationale memo sent to each partner. Median net effect across rebuilt accounts: 18 percent reduction in CAC over the trailing 60-day window.
