Two of those seats are on the SEO practice, two on paid media, one on design, and one is a full-discipline arrangement for an agency that wants a single point of contact across two or more service lines. The split reflects the work our existing partner agencies are passing through us in 2026, not a guess at where demand is going.
We are looking for agencies in the 5 to 60-person band who run real retainers, have a defined client niche, and can hand off a structured brief. Agencies under 5 people typically need more hand-holding than a white-label model can responsibly provide. Agencies past 60 usually have enough in-house capacity that the math stops working. If you are in the middle and you have been turning away work or stretching your senior people thin, the model fits.
The application is a short Notion form: who you are, what service line you need executed, what client portfolio looks like, and what you have tried before. We read every one. The good-fit conversations move into a 30-minute discovery call within five business days. From signed NDA to first shipped deliverable runs 10 business days on standard onboarding, sometimes faster if your team is set up well.
