We have added TikTok Ads to the paid-media practice through a specialist partnership rather than by hiring TikTok buyers directly. The reason is that we did not feel comfortable claiming senior bench depth on TikTok with the level of internal hours we had on the platform. What this covers operationally: Spark Ads campaigns, TopView placements, in-feed Auction Ads, and creator-collab campaigns through TikTok's official partnerships marketplace. We are not running organic-only TikTok strategy and we are not running viral-content chasing. That is creative production work that belongs with a content shop, not a paid-media partner. Partner agencies that need both can route the paid execution through us and partner the organic side separately.
Pricing is integrated into the paid-media retainer rather than separate. Partner agencies on active paid-media engagements can add TikTok scope at $1,800 per month wholesale for sub-$15K monthly spend accounts, or 8 percent of spend for accounts above $15K monthly. New partner agencies looking at TikTok-only engagements should know that the minimum spend for the model to make sense is around $5K monthly. Below that, the management overhead does not amortize on either side.
